Southern California Veterans is in need of the following volunteer positions.

We are always looking for volunteers that want to help our veterans. The positions listed below are only a listing of our most urgent needs. If you would like to join our organization as a volunteer please contact us at 909-747-2791

Part-time House Manager
Location: Redlands
Time Requirements: 3 days per week
Requirements:
Must be a Veteran.
Must have good communication skills.
Be willing to work with veterans in both our Veterans in Recovery program and our Senior Veterans in Need program.
Substance abuse counseling certificate preferred but not required.
Must have a general understanding of substance abuse programs.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate house resident records.
Accept new resident applications.
Oversee general operations of facility.
Assist in program development and implementation.
Assist in fundraising activities.
Coordinate volunteers.

Transportation Volunteer
Our transportation volunteers are responsible for driving our residents to and from hospital appointments at the VA and running miscellaneous errands.

Location: Redlands
Time Requirements: Flexible
Requirements:
Must have reliable vehicle with insurance.
A good driving record with DMV printout.
